Le r\u00e9sultat est un compost mature, directement utilisable\u2014 ce qui place naturellement son statut r\u00e9glementaire dans le m\u00eame cadre que celui de tout compost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#eef2ea;padding-top:48px;padding-right:32px;padding-bottom:48px;padding-left:32px\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Un compostage a\u00e9robie semi-actif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Le bocashi a\u00e9robie repose sur une a\u00e9ration semi-active (retournements rapproch\u00e9s puis affinage) et sur les micro-organismes endog\u00e8nes d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents dans le milieu local \u2014 aucun intrant commercial \u00e0 acheter ou \u00e0 r\u00e9approvisionner. Le r\u00e9sultat est un compost mature et utilisable en environ 3 semaines, contre plus de 4 pour un compostage classique \u00e9quivalent en terme de qualit\u00e9. La m\u00e9thode s\u2019adapte \u00e0 toute mati\u00e8re organique, toute culture et tout usage de fertilisation, du jardin \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation agricole.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#e3e8e0;padding-top:48px;padding-right:32px;padding-bottom:48px;padding-left:32px\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">La norme NF U44-051, le cadre naturel d\u2019un compost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Le cadre r\u00e9glementaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en France bocashi a\u00e9robie est le m\u00eame que celui de tout amendement organique: la norme NF U44-051. Elle fixe les crit\u00e8res qui permettent de qualifier un produit d\u2019amendement organique \u2014 mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che, mati\u00e8re organique, \u00e9l\u00e9ments fertilisants (azote, phosphore, potassium), rapport carbone\/azote, et limites sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments traces et contaminants. Un compost obtenu plus rapidement reste soumis aux m\u00eames exigences de qualit\u00e9 qu\u2019un compost obtenu plus lentement \u2014 la rapidit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 change le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre ces crit\u00e8res, pas les crit\u00e8res eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#f5f1ea;padding-top:48px;padding-right:32px;padding-bottom:48px;padding-left:32px\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en des fertilisants (UE) 2019\/1009<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">En tant qu\u2019amendement du sol, le bocashi a\u00e9robie peut aussi rele\u00e9v du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en des produits fertilisants, cat\u00e9gorie PFC&nbsp;3A&nbsp;: au moins 95&nbsp;% de mati\u00e8re d\u2019origine biologique, 20&nbsp;% de mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che et 7,5&nbsp;% de carbone organique en masse. Le marquage CE au titre de ce r\u00e8glement est une voie volontaire (libre circulation dans l\u2019UE) \u2014 la voie nationale (norme NF U obligatoire, sans marquage CE) reste tout aussi valable pour une commercialisation en France.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#eef2ea;padding-top:48px;padding-right:32px;padding-bottom:48px;padding-left:32px\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Construire une fili\u00e8re conforme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Comme pour tout compost destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la commercialisation ou \u00e0 un usage professionnel, la conformit\u00e9 se construit en plusieurs \u00e9tapes&nbsp;: identifier les mati\u00e8res entrantes (origine, qualit\u00e9, saisonnalit\u00e9), ma\u00eetriser le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 (param\u00e8tres d\u2019a\u00e9ration, suivi, tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9), caract\u00e9riser le produit fini par analyse de laboratoire, d\u00e9finir le statut r\u00e9glementaire vis\u00e9 (amendement, engrais, ou autre cat\u00e9gorie), puis structurer la fili\u00e8re de production et de distribution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#e3e8e0;padding-top:48px;padding-right:32px;padding-bottom:48px;padding-left:32px\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Le bocashi a\u00e9robie n\u2019est pas un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 statut incertain&nbsp;: c\u2019est un compost, obtenu par un compostage a\u00e9robie acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, et \u00e9valuable avec les m\u00eames outils que n\u2019importe quel compost \u2014 norme NF U44-051 ou r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en des fertilisants selon la voie choisie. La question \u00e0 se poser n\u2019est donc pas \u00ab&nbsp;est-ce l\u00e9gal&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb mais \u00ab&nbsp;est-ce conforme aux crit\u00e8res&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb \u2014 \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier par une analyse du produit fini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cet article est une synth\u00e8se documentaire, pas un conseil juridique.
